 سياسة الاسترجاع والاستبدال (Return & Refund Policy)

بالعربية:

نحن في "أسد بابل" نعتز بثقتكم. إذا لم تكن راضياً عن مشترياتك، يمكنك طلب استرجاع أو استبدال المنتج خلال 14 يوماً من تاريخ الاستلام، بشرط أن يكون المنتج في حالته الأصلية، وبغلافه الأصلي، وغير مستخدم.

تنبيه هام: يجب على العميل معاينة المنتج بدقة وقت التسليم بحضور مندوب التوصيل وتصويره، ولا يُقبل أي ادعاء بتلف المنتج بعد مغادرة المندوب.

تكاليف الشحن: يتحمل العميل كافة تكاليف الشحن وتوصيل المرتجعات، حيث تختلف الرسوم حسب المنطقة الجغرافية داخل العراق.

At "Asad Babel", we value your trust. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days from the delivery date, provided that the product is in its original condition, original packaging, and unused.

Important Note: Customers must inspect the product carefully upon delivery in the presence of the courier and take photos if necessary. Any claims regarding product damage will not be accepted once the courier leaves

Shipping Fees: The customer bears all shipping and return costs, as these fees vary based on the geographic region within Iraq
